Dragon Garden in Cartersville

Pleasant atmosphere, very clean, nice people. Food was a little heavier than I prefer for Chinese food (e.g. Hot and Sour soup was thicker than I prefer). Overall, a good restaurant with good prices and good food.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Huge menu cooked to order. We got sesame chicken, pork fried rice and pork egg foo young and it was the best Chinese food we have had in ages! Plus the servings were so generous we had plenty to take home for another meal!

New favorite chinese restaurant in Cartersville. Most authentic we've found. Great prices with huge portions. Staff was friendly but did not bug you. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great!

Egg roll and fried rice tasted like old grease. When called and spoke to the woman who answered the phone. She told me I was crazy for complaining about food and her attitude. This place used to be amazing. Not anymore!!!

I ordered through Door Dash. The egg drop soup was good, and the Crab Rangoon, was cream cheese Rangoon, like most other places. The Sesame Chicken combination was not as advertised; the egg roll was not an egg roll. It was a very small spring roll. The fried rice was definitely not fried rice, nor was it cooked all the way. The chicken, while plentiful, had only enough sauce for very few of the pieces. The bulk of it was dry. I gave up trying to eat this meal. I spent $30.00 on this including tax and Door Dash charges. I will never eat at Dragon Garden again. From now on it is Best China at Euharlee Rd. or Grand China on Grassdale.

A very well done dining experience. The food was well prepared with a diverse menu of both traditional Chinese meals as well as a kids menu. Lunch and dinner specials with a very quiet beautifully decorated dining area and if it's your thing a bar in the front that looked lovely but I wasn't able to get a good look at their alcohol selection. A tentative staff that kept our drinks filled and the food came out hot and ready. Also the dinner crowd wasn't a large one which probably lent to the quiet and made it to where we could hear the soft piano music.

Nice people. Generous portions but Ive had much better. I like all white meat when it comes to chicken combos. Mystery meat chunks. Its a shame its so common nowadays. Id rather pay more and get quality food. Otherwise it tastes fine.

Best place in Cartersville. True, not much competition, but you take what you can get. Always friendly. Great prices and good food.

Food was excellent. Dining room was hot with portable AC units, so somebody chose that solution to save money. It wasn't enough. All combinations had shrimp. Weird. They were not flexible. Waitress was attentive.

Not lavish but great food and service. Friendly and efficiant staff. Reasonably priced! Great dinner specials. Hot and sour soup a must!

2018 update: not as good as previous visits. Staff seemed to be off their game. I know it's cute to have a 12 yo seat you but froze when we asked to select another table. 2017: Good lunch specials, very tasty food. Deserves the good ratings it gets

Would have given no stars if I could have. Food was so salty it was inedible. We didnt even eat it or take it home yet we still had to pay for it. How others are coming up with so many stars saying the food is good is beyond me. Don't go here. I literally threw $50 in the garbage.

We used to eat here twice a week years ago, but something changed and the food went downhill about 10 years ago. We took a chance tonight and stopped it, and it was fantastic! We will for sure be going back!

Haven't eaten any Oriental meals since I moved here. My first time was Wednesday 6/26 at the Dragon Garden. Joelene and I walked in and were instantly greeted and shown to a table and asked about our drinks. Ordered our meals and took in the splendid atmosphere! Love it! Our meals were, well, to be honest, we are still raving about how good they were. So today, we took the family there. Same results! Great service, outstanding food, wonderful atmosphere, extremely reasonable prices, definitely going back for more!! P.S. they do not have childrens portions so bring your appetite!

Always done take out, always fast, food good, service good. Went inside and ate last week with family members. Food sucked and service was horrible! Always loved this place but now? I will not be returning!

Food was great! Service was very fast. Perfect lunch spot. Everything came out timely when you finished your soup you meal was ready. Fresh and hot. Definitely will return. Very reasonably priced, much tastier, and healthier than fast-food for half the cost almost.

Staff is sweet. Love the food. We've become kinda of regular. It's nice.

Food is great. Prices are within reason. We usually call our order in and pick it up. They do have a good size dinning room if you wish to eat there. Seating looks very comfortable. Dinner for 3 of us usually runs about $20.00. Good size portions. We always have enough for a second meal.

This is my absolute favorite Chinese place. The portion sizes here are fairly large and I always get 2 meals out of an entree. Dining in or carry out, the staff is always very friendly. The prices here are a lot cheaper than many other comparable restaurants in town.

tried it for the first time last week and loved it. New to the area and was tired of Buffets. Very generous portions and instead of egg rolls you get spring rolls which I love. The Mongolian chicken is fabulous.

My wife and I stopped in tonight on a whim and we were very pleasantly surprised. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful since we’d never been here. I got the sweet and sour chicken and my wife got the Amazing Chicken. Bother were cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were large. I think we finally found our go-to Asian place in Cartersville!

This is the Chinese food that you want. Food's great, there's a reason this place has been around so long.The only thing I'd love to see from them is that they get rid of the canned sodas and switch to a more modern refill system. If they did that they'd be unstoppable.

Worst Take out I ever try. No taste at all. Service was normal and nothing missing but from the egg roll to the rice it was just plain tasteless

We go here or take out somewhat frequently. The food is satisfying, served hot, and the portions are generous. The beef isn't the best (rather stringy and grisly).

Clean, good service, good food and a beer to wash it down.
